We offer Mental Health First Aid certification trainings! Receive a certification recognized by employers across Canada that never expires.

  • Mental Health First Aid is the support provided to a person who may be experiencing a decline in their mental well-being or a mental health crisis. Kaleidoscope Mental Health Support Groups are currently held at the UBC Vancouver Campus at the following times and locations:

General Public (everyone welcome!): Wednesdays 6-7pm in Buchanan Building D Room 214 (BUCH D214)
PUG (Professional Undergrads and Graduate Students): Mondays 5-6pm, Woodward Library Room B75 (WOOD B375)
SHARE (Self-Harm Support): 1st Monday of each month, Irving K Barber Room 461 (IBLC 461)
