Real Stories
Hear how others found support, strength, and a sense of belonging in our community.
Kaleidoscope has been an anchor for me for the past 15 years of my life. I am connected to a community of individuals who know what it’s like to struggle with their mental wellbeing and with whom I can be honest about how I’m feeling and know that I will be received with open arms. Thank you Kaleidoscope, for being there for me every week!

I came to Kscope in 2012 as a lost and scared undergrad student struggling with their mental health. Through Kaleidoscope I met my closest friends and learnt that I wasn’t on this journey alone. Without Kaleidoscope, I would be in a very different place in my life.

Kaleidoscope is a helpful and supportive community of people. Kaleidoscope offers peer support for people to feel safer to talk about their lived experience with mental health issues. Kaleidoscope is also a reminder for people that they are not alone throughout their mental health journey. As such, Kaleidoscope has made my life besides other people's lives better.
