Are you ready for some fun Disney sing-along karaoke next week?To spice up our meetings a bit, we will be hosting fun activities the first meeting of each month – starting May 5th! The first 30 mins will be general support group check-ins, and the activity will take place in the latter half of the meeting 🙂

Groups moving online

Hi everyone, in response to COVID-19 we are moving our groups online for the forseeable future.

We will be using Zoom, and the meeting invitation will be posted the day of the meeting. To prepare for connecting with us online, please download Zoom on your device (phone, tablet, laptop etc). You can find the link here: Registration is not necessary.

Monday Group Starting Up, Thursday Group Time Change

Hi all,

Due to popular demand, we are adding an additional group at UBC. Starting next week (Monday, September 19th), we will host an evening group from 6-7pm in Buchanan Building Block B Room 319. There will be yummy sushi waiting for you 🙂

As well, to accommodate students coming straight from class to Thursday’s group, we pushed forward our start time by 15 minutes. That means the meeting is now from 12:45-1:45pm. As always, there will be pizza 🙂

Time: Mondays 6-7pm | Thursdays 12:45-1:45pm

Welcome Back!

Hi everyone!!!

Welcome back to a new school year 🙂 We are excited to announce that Kaleidoscope is coming to Douglas this year! Their first meeting starts tomorrow, so definitely check them out. It is wonderful that we can expand our support so it can be accessible to more people.
